GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE / Conditions générales de vente

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Creative Pulse Partners(hereinafter "the Company") and any professional client (hereinafter "the Client") purchasing services via the website or through a direct quote.

1. Services Provided

Creative Pulse Partners offers the following services:

  • Website Design & Creation: Development of a professional showcase website.

  • Google Reviews Management: Automated system for collecting, filtering, and managing Google Business Profile reviews.

2. Order and Acceptance

An order is considered final only after:

  1. The acceptance of the quote or selection of a plan on the website.

  2. The receipt of the initial payment as defined in Article 3.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD) as specified on the invoice.

3.1 Website Creation Services

Payment for website creation is structured as follows:

  • 70% Deposit: Due upon placing the order. Work will commence only after receipt of this payment.

  • 30% Balance: Due upon delivery of the website (once the site is live or the final version is handed over for validation).

3.2 Google Reviews Management

  • 100% Upfront: Payment is due in full at the time of the order. This service is often provided as a monthly or yearly subscription; access to the automated tools will be granted upon receipt of payment.

4. Obligations of the Client

The Client agrees to provide all necessary elements (logos, texts, images, access to Google Business Profile) in a timely manner. Any delay in providing these elements will result in a corresponding delay in delivery.

5. Liability and Warranties

  • Web Design: The Company commits to delivering a functional website according to the agreed-upon specifications.

  • Google Reviews: The Company provides a technical solution to facilitate review management. However, the Company cannot guarantee a specific final rating or a fixed number of reviews, as these depend on the Client's actual customers.

  • Platform Changes: The Company shall not be held liable for changes to Google’s terms of service, algorithm updates, or account suspensions carried out by Google Inc.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the balance (for website creation), the Client becomes the owner of the final design and content. The Company retains the right to use the project as a reference in its portfolio.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Website Creation: Deposits (70%) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Google Reviews: Since the service involves digital automation tools, no refunds will be issued for the current period once the service has been activated.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before submitting the matter to the competent courts of the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA).
